ABOUT RAX TENT

The tent industry in China started relatively late, only about 20 years ago, but it has grown rapidly. Chinese tent enterprises are primarily concentrated in coastal cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai in Guangdong, followed by Jiangsu, Shanghai, and other regions. Initially, tent products were mainly used for keeping out wind and rain as temporary modular buildings, widely applied in events, exhibitions, and real estate industries. In recent years, especially with the cross-industry collaboration between the tent industry and cultural tourism, tents are increasingly used for outdoor camping, themed accommodations, and integrated industrial developments, leading to the emergence of several powerful tent factories domestically. These companies have successively produced products like geodesic domes such as dome tents and glass domes.

Since its establishment in 2013, RAXTENT initially focused on marquee tents with aluminum frames covered in PVC fabric. However, due to the homogeneity in appearance and product structure among domestic products, lacking differentiation, we began researching new tent.

In 2014, RAXTENT shifted its primary market focus from domestic to international exports and launched its presence on Alibaba International, starting to export tent products. Based on RAXTENT's anticipation and analysis of market demand, from late 2014 to early 2015, we transitioned our main products to geodesic tents. Domestically, we were among the first factories to develop dome tents. As the dome tent market became saturated, RAXTENT shifted its focus to the development of glass dome tents starting from 2017.

Leveraging our experience in developing and launching dome tent products, we concentrated on the export market. Since 2018, glass domes have ignited the global market, with many campground owners recognizing them as highly effective products.

Since 2019 and 2020, RAXTENT has continued to expand its research and development efforts, producing innovative domes such as honeycomb glass houses, pyramid glass houses, glass igloo, pumpkin shape tent houses, and shell tent houses. These distinctive designs have been deployed in both domestic and international markets, significantly enhancing recognition among many campgrounds.

In 2021, RAXTENT ventured into the application of new materials for glass domes, choosing durable solid wooden panels. We tested these panels for waterproofing, thermal insulation, fire resistance, and other properties. The application of these wooden panels on glass domes was well-received by our customers.

In 2022, RAXTENT focused on researching prefab capsule house products, designing five different capsule house models. The main feature of these capsule houses is that all soft furnishings and hardware configurations are completed during production. Customers can immediately deploy these houses in campground operations without any installation or waiting costs, making them highly popular in the current market.

In 2023, RAXTENT scaled up production of wooden-colored glass domes, collaborating with Clear Sky Resort in the United States for a second campground project. The resort will feature 60 wooden colored glass domes, with sizes ranging from 7.2m to 20m in diameter. These domes will serve as family resort dome, as well as cinema dome, dinning dome, kitchen dome, and reception hall dome. The resort is set to open in August this year, expected to ignite a residential camping trend in the local area.

In 2024, RAXTENT developed and exported worm-shaped glamping tents to India for a large-scale campground project. This involved experimenting with different frame assembly methods and using various thermal insulation materials. After three rounds of testing, then we proceeded with mass production. This project holds great promise and anticipation.

Since its establishment, RAXTENT's annual development milestones have been clearly visible. We maintain rigorous standards and demands for product quality and innovation, ensuring that every product creates value for our customers.
