Shipping Policy

RAXTENT does not assume responsibility for transportation, but we can offer various transportation solutions. Generally, our goods are delivered to buyers through ocean transportation. Buyers can arrange for the transportation of goods through their freight agents or use the agents provided by us. In most cases, the prices we offer are in US dollars at the FOB (Free on Board) transportation point. Therefore, buyers are responsible for the goods during the transportation process, including paying for the transportation fees and purchasing insurance in case of loss or damage.

Upfront Payment: T/T(Telegraphic transfers) non-refundable deposit as 50% of full payment and balance after goods are finished before shipping. We won’t change the payment account by email or name related to RAXTENT.

Leading Time is estimated at 30 working days after signing the contract or receiving the deposit which occurs latest.

We highly recommend you order at least 2 months before your expected event date.

We ask before submitting the order that your “Ship To” address listed is correct. If a mistake is made, the customer is responsible for re-delivery or storage fees.

Information about receiving the shipment

All shipments are given to freight carriers damage-free, properly packaged, and signed for by the carrier. RAXTENT’s responsibility for the product ends once the truck leaves the facility. The carrier now assumes responsibility. If damage does occur, please note on the delivery receipt before signing.

RAXTENT will assist customers as much as possible when filling in freight claims for shipments if the following conditions are met:

Customer inspects the entire shipment before signing the delivery receipt. The packing slip located on top of the shipment will list the number of boxes or bundles you should receive in your order. Make sure to verify the packing slip to the shipment to confirm you received the correct number of packages or bundles.

Customer must note all damage or shortages found on delivery receipt

Customers must notify RAXTENT ASAP of the shipment’s delivery of any damages or shortages.

The customer emails photographs to RAXTENT representatives.

Failure to do any of the bullets listed above will result in a waiver of the claim. Customers will be held completely responsible for covering any charges for replacing damaged or missing products. Enclosed or on top of the shipment you will find a packing list. Please unpack the shipment ASAP and check your order to ensure you received everything.
