RAXTENT boasts a highly innovative design team. Over the past decade since our establishment, we have not only created products with diverse appearances but also tailored customized solutions based on client requirements. At different stages, we develop various product materials and models to ensure suitability across different application fields. Currently, RAXTENT's design team consists of seven core designers proficient in software such as CAD, PHOTOSHOP, KeyShot, AI, CorelDRAW, Rhino, Lumion rendering software, 3d Max, and CHITUBOX Pro. From project planning to product appearance design, model structure design, production construction drawings, and 3D scene rendering, edvery step reflects our design philosophy. We propose unique solutions tailore to the characteristics of each client's project. Below are some works by RAXTENT's design team.
RAXTENT has a great foundation in its production team. Over the 12 years history, we have built a core production line team of 30 workers. This team includes seasoned veterans with extensive production experience, enthusiastic newcomers eager to contribute, and skilled mechanics adept at operating automated machinery. They have grown with the company and deeply understand our stringent quality requirements and standards. For instance, in the PVC canopy production workshop, team members collaborate closely when using high-frequency welding machines, strictly adhering to prescribed welding times to ensure the PVC canopies remain securely welded, thus guaranteeing high-quality PVC dome tents. Similarly, our welders for glass domes and glass doors possess over 20 years of aluminum welding experience, ensuring welds are both aesthetically pleasing and robust. Quality is revealed in the details.
Each member of RAXTENT's core production team has over a decade of industry experience and has been with the company for over 8 years, contributing to a stable production workforce that consistently delivers high-quality outputs. Attention to detail yields quality—this is why RAXTENT's products have consistently earned praise.
RAXTENT has an experienced engineering installation team. Currently, we have 10 senior engineers capable of installing our entire product range, and they are available to assist clients internationally. For example, in 2016, our engineers traveled to Dubai to assist in the installation of a 20m geodesic dome tent. In 2019, engineers went to Wadi Rum Desert in Jordan to set up the geodesic glass dome tent in the camp. There have been numerous installation projects within China as well. The installation of geodesic domes is a crucial phase in showcasing the finished product, and our efficient and professional engineering team helps reduce project costs and ensure product longevity.
In addition to our strong professional skills, the culture within the RAXTENT team is vibrant and harmonious. Apart from excellent teamwork in our professional endeavors, our lives are also enriched with diverse activities. In 2018, our team collectively traveled to Lajia Island for a sea trip. In 2019, we visited the Great Wall and Tiananmen Square in Beijing. In 2021, we explored Danxia Mountain in Shaoguan and Pingzhou Island in Zhuhai. In 2023, we visited Sangzhou Island in Huizhou, and in the same year, we camped at our own Taoling Glamping site for times. We also organize basketball and badminton matches, celebrate birthdays together, and foster a cohesive and harmonious team culture. We share common goals, hobbies, and pursuits. A great team not only possesses professional expertise but also exudes vitality and a positive spirit.
