🧰 Glass Dome Installation Process

All dome components are prefabricated in our factory with clear part numbering. A standard 6m dome can be assembled in 2–3 days by a small team. Detailed assembly drawings and installation videos are provided by RAXDOME for efficient on-site work.

Step 1: Site Preparation

A leveled foundation or wooden deck is recommended.

Electrical and plumbing systems (if needed) should be pre-installed before dome assembly.

Step 2: Structural Frame Assembly

The honeycomb frame is assembled by bolting pre-marked components following the provided engineering drawings.

Step 3: Panel & Glass Installation

After the main structure is completed, tempered glass and wooden aluminum panels are fixed with waterproof silicone.

Step 4: Finishing & Interior Setup

Once the dome is sealed, electrical, flooring, curtains, and interior finishes can be installed.

Optional accessories such as air conditioning, skylights, and insulation curtains can also be added.
